Client: Struggle Skateboards
Project: Struggle Skateboards was conceived as a rebrand of a company that had failed and restarted multiple times, ultimately choosing to embrace that history rather than hide it. For the inaugural deck, I created a stark visual of a dead forest with a single deteriorating leaf—its last trace of green suggesting resilience within collapse. The composition leans into minimalism and symbolism, using decay as a central narrative rather than something to avoid. The result sets a tone for the brand that is honest, self-aware, and grounded in persistence.
